Fruit Salad with Strawberry Dressing Weight Loss Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups fresh or thawed, frozen strawberries
- ½ teaspoon dried mint leaves
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 ½ cups fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
- 1 ½ cups navel orange slices
- Red leaf lettuce leaves
Directions:
- Slice 1 cup of strawberries and set aside. Place remaining 2 ½ cups of berries in a blender or food processor with the mint, honey, and yogurt. Puree.
- Toss reserved sliced strawberries with blueberries and navel orange slices.
- Line 6 salad plates with red leaf lettuce. Top with tossed fruit and drizzle with dressing.
