Baked French Toast, Breakfast Recipe for Weight Loss

- 4 egg whites
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- 4 1/2-inch thick slices nonfat whole grain or French bread

Combine milk, egg whites, vanilla, and nutmeg in a shallow bowl.

Spray a baking sheet with vegetable coking spray or line with a nonstick baking liner. Arrange bread on baking sheet in a single layer.
