Brian Dean is a not your typical dietitian. His focus is not on what you can't eat, but what you can eat.
Brian is a Registered Dietitian who completed his clinical nutrition training at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, USA. He received his Master of Science in nutrition from Tufts University and his Bachelor of Science in dietetics at University of Rhode Island.
From working with hundreds of patients from around the world, Brian knows how to make dieting easy, painless, and even fun! He only uses techniques that are practical and actually work in the real world.
His philosophy about nutrition is that healthy dieting should never be difficult, expensive, or time consuming. He practices this on a daily basis and,through his writing, will show you how you can do it too!
